The Best News Ever

You and I are bombarded with thousands of messages every single day! With all of those, it is very easy for us to lose our way in everything we hear everyday.

It seems that there is not an easy way to separate that which is worth listening to and from that which needs to be plIn Times Like These's photo.aced in the proverbial trash can. There is a great confusion between that which is spiritual and that which is secular. What message is true? What can we decipher as truth or partially o fully not truth at all?

With every means of communication that we have at our disposal today, if we paid attention to what we see on television, the internet or even the daily newspaper, everyone’s truth seems to have the same weight of truth about it.

Could it be that all we hear/experience is the truth? How can we separate what is certain and what only appears to be true? What is certain is that there is only One that can change the direction of everyone of us.

Galatians 1:3b-4 declares “…the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father.”
What a verse! This is not merely a religious message but a message of rescue! And, the truth of the matter is this, every person on the planet needs to be rescued! Rescued from sin and rescued from ourselves.
I thank God that he has rescued me from sin, not because I am better than others but because I have recognized that I am a sinner and Christ paid the price for that sin on the cross! That is incredible news, is it not? Have you believed it? I invite you to do so…you will never be the same again.

That is the best news the world has ever heard!
